Stoic Response to the “Tennis Choke”

What is your take on “choking” in sports from a Stoic perspective – what are some good strategies to overcome it? I often feel like the causes of choking are running deep and in the moment of the game it becomes difficult to shake them off quickly

I’ve read reasons can be: fear of failure, fear of embarrassment, getting hung up in unforced errors etc. Happens across varied sports and performances
