Can Stoicism help me manage my OCD?

I have pretty severe OCD. Some recurring thoughts I get a lot are intrusive thoughts of things that makes my skin crawl (things like nails on a chalkboard for some people). They’re tricky to deal with because I can’t reason with them nor can I simply embrace them, it just makes things worse… Can Stoicism help me manage them somehow?
